Parthiban the Rowthiran an Assistant Commissioner of police as he hails froma Police family and his father was very strict and due to some pressure he left the job. But all the things what made Parthiban’s mind to become a Police officer as he was made to study in a private school without the parents presence. He was very strict in the duty and do the best for the public.

The Deputy commissioner of Police is opposite to his activities and having ties with the don’s and criminals makes money out of it. At one stage Ra Parthibans history was brought to the book as he joins the department as a lone man without any family. Was forced to go out of the job, but still has in his mind only as police officer and fight as a Gangster and completely eradicate the Team work.

After saving the orphans from a politician and hands them over to a school, he meets there the Heroine Poorna and she loves him and the too. But all gone due to the fight he had with the gangsters.

“காந்தி கணக்கு’ படப் பெயரை தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்கத்தில் பதிவு செய்யும் போது படத்தின் கதையையும்,தலைப்பிற்கான விளக்கத்தையும் சொன்னபோது அதை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு அனுமதி அளித்தார்கள்.

நம்ம நாட்டுல எவ்வளவோ மகான்கள் வாழ்ந்திருக்காங்க.வாழ்ந்திட்டு இருக்காங்க.காந்தியும் ஒரு மகான் தான். அதனால் தான் ‘காந்தி கணக்கு ‘படப் பெயரை மகான் கணக்கு என்று மாற்றியுள்ளோம்.

IN Entertainment today announced VIDYUT JAMMWAL as the Negative Lead in BILLA 2, putting to rest all speculations about the said casting.
BILLA 2 will mark Vidyut’s entry into the Tamil Film Industry. Vidyut is a National Level Gymnast, who started training at the age of 3 with Kalaeppayattu and sought proficiency in a mix of Gymnastics, Jujitsu and Kungfu as he grew up travelling all over India. Over the years, he developed his own forms of routine while excelling in Parkour. Vidyut has been modelling for almost five years and earlier this year, made his Bollywood debut in Nishikant Kamat’s Force (Hindi remake of Tamil film, Kaaka Kaaka) as the main negative lead against John Abraham. Vidyut has also worked with Junior NTR in two Telugu films this year, namely, Shakti and Oosaraveli.
Sunir Kheterpal, CEO – IN Entertainment and Producer of BILLA 2, says, “Vidyut has exceptional talent in the “Action” form in addition to having a tremendous screen presence. A film like BILLA 2 with Superstar Ajith Kumar in the lead needs a strong and a worthy opponent and we believe that we have found the right person in Vidyut for this role.”
Confirming his association with the Film, Vidyut said, “It is like a dream to be making my debut in the Tamil Film Industry with Ajith Sir. I am delighted to be a part of the BILLA Franchise and can’t wait to start work on the Film.”
BILLA 2 finished its first 30 day schedule filming in Hyderabad and Vizag between July-August. The second schedule in Goa lasted for 39 days and ended in the first week of November. In the third week of November, the unit will leave for Georgia in Eastern Europe for the final 20 day schedule of the film. The film is expected to complete principal photography in the first fortnight of December and is being readied for release in April 2012.

மானு ஆர்ட்ஸ் இந்திய £ மேற்பார்வையில் அவன்ட் தியேட்டர்ஸ், சிங்கப்பூர் சென்னை அரசு அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் “பீஷ்மா” என்னும் மேடை நாடகத்தை நடத்தினர். இந்த நாடகம் முதல் பாகம் தமிழிலும், இரண்டாம் பாகம் ஆங்கிலத்திலும் நடத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த நாடகத்தின் சிறப்பம்சம் பீஷ்மர் கதாபாத்திரம் மட்டும். பீஷ்மராக நடித்த திரு ¹ரவாலன் நாராயணசுவாமி சிங்கபூர் நாட்டினை சேர்ந்த தமிழர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இவருடைய தமிழ் உச்சரிப்பு முற்றிலும் சுத்தமாகவும் பிழையின்றியும் காணப்பட்டது.

இந்த நாடகத்தினை சென்னையில் நடத்திடவேண்டும் என்பதை ஒரு விடாமுயற்சியாக மேற்கொண்டு “காதல் மன்னன்” திரைப்படத்தில் கதாநாயகியாக அறிமுகமாகிய திருமதி மானு தங்களுடைய மானு ஆர்ட்ஸ் மேற்பார்வையில் சிங்கப்பூர் நாட்டின் திரு செல்வா அவர்களுடைய அவன்ட் தியேட்டர்ஸ் இந்த நாடகத்தினை சென்னையில் அக்டோபர் 29 மற்றும் 30 ஆகிய இரண்டு நாட்கள் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தினார். இந்த நாடகத்தின் திரைகதையை சென்னையை சேர்ந்த திரு இளவழகன் அவர்கள் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
